Billions of years later, humans and the Earth may have long been extinct. We don't even know what future creatures will look like or what language they will speak. That's why I invented a method of communication using pictographs. I wrote down what I wanted to say, translated it into easy-to-understand pictographs, and then put them together to form a complete letter. Just like some of the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs that we have yet to decipher, my message will also wait for future people to decode.

My project is called "Kiss in the Wind," inspired by a fictional story called “The Wells of Mars” in Haruki Murakami's novel "Hear the Wind Sing," where a young man climbs down a countless, bottomless well on the surface of Mars, talks and listens to the wind, and doesn't realize billions of years have passed. I believe the wind symbolizes our hearts, and each of us is like the young man, trying to listen to our own voice in the long flow of time.
